On the UKISGO platform, trade is conducted and goods are delivered throughout Lithuania. Goods delivery is carried out by logistics partners – parcel delivery companies (couriers). The list of goods delivery services, prices, terms, and conditions are provided at the time of purchasing goods in the order form window before making a payment.
Buyers can choose the following goods delivery services:
1. delivery to the Buyer's specified address in Lithuania (usually within 2-5 working days). Due to the increased volume of parcels, delivery may be delayed;
2. delivery to parcel pick-up points (usually within 2-5 working days). Due to the increased volume of parcels, delivery may be delayed;
3. pick up goods on-site from the Seller (if such an option was available when placing the order and the Buyer selected it during the order) during the Seller's specified working hours.
If the service of delivery to the Buyer's specified address is chosen, goods are delivered on working days, and Saturday delivery is possible only at the courier's discretion. Delivery service is not provided on holidays and Sundays.
When delivering goods to the Buyer's specified address, the courier sends an informational SMS message and/or email to the Buyer on the day of delivery, providing information about the planned delivery time.
