Personal data of website visitors are processed in accordance with applicable legal acts and ensuring appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.
The Controller uses the personal data you provide or collected by the Controller with your consent only for the purposes specified in the privacy policy. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
In order to respond to your inquiry and to keep proof of communication (exercising a legitimate interest in conducting effective communication and avoiding disputes related to customer service), the Controller processes the following information provided by you:
- when contacting via the email addresses provided on the website, the email address, date and time of the email, and the content of the correspondence with the Controller's representative are processed;
- when sending a letter to the Controller's registered office address indicated on the website, the sender's name, surname, address, date of receipt of the letter, and the information indicated in the letter are processed;
- when submitting an inquiry through the inquiry form on the website (insert link from page[AV1] ), the name, surname, email address, phone number, date and time of the inquiry, and the content of the inquiry of the person submitting the inquiry are processed;
- when contacting via a social network Facebook or Instagram account, the user's name, surname, and the content of the correspondence with the Controller's representative are processed.
Personal data submitted with inquiries and further correspondence between you and the Controller's representative will be stored for as long as necessary to complete the specific task and ensure the exercise of the Controller's rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt of this data.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF WEBSITE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE CREATED PERSONAL ACCOUNT
The Controller allows each website visitor to register on the website and create a personal account for the purpose of more convenient use of the services provided by the Controller (online store). When administering these accounts, the Controller processes the following personal data:
- when creating a personal account (during website registration), name, surname, password, email address, phone number, delivery address, date and time of registration are processed;
- when logging into the created personal account, the user's email address and password, date and time of login are processed;
- data (history) of orders placed in the online store.
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent to create a personal account.
Registration and login data are stored for 10 (ten) years from the last active action on the website or until individuals who have created a personal account delete (remove) this account themselves.
Data obtained when confirming orders through the online store are stored for 10 years from the end of the validity of the purchase and sale agreement.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AND CONCLUDING AND EXECUTING PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENTS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
For the purpose of concluding and executing a purchase and sale agreement using the Controller's online store, the Controller processes the following personal data of buyers:
- name, surname, email address, contact phone number, delivery address;
- information related to the order of goods in the online store (payment date, selected goods, prices, quantities, payment method, other settlement information, discounts granted, bank account number);
- information about the delivery method and location.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the need to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement.
In the event that the agreement is concluded with a legal entity, the name, surname, position, and basis of representation of the representative of the legal entity who concluded the agreement are processed.
The data mentioned above are stored for 10 years from the end of the validity of the purchase and sale agreement.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING AND ADMINISTERING FEEDBACK
Each person logged into their account can leave feedback about the services provided and/or goods sold by the Controller. When leaving feedback, the feedback provider's first name, surname initial, and the content of their feedback will be visible on the website. When administering feedback, the Controller processes the following personal data:
- the feedback provider's name, surname, date and time of feedback, and the content of the feedback.
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent to submit feedback.
Feedback will be visible as long as the relevant goods are sold and/or the relevant services are provided, but no longer than 10 years from the date of submission of the feedback. The person who submitted the feedback has the right to cancel (delete) it at any time by logging into their account or by submitting a request to the Controller to cancel (delete) the feedback.

DIRECT MARKETING
Each website visitor can subscribe to news about the Controller's activities, new product offers, promotions, birthday offers, and other similar information (subscribe to the newsletter) by entering their email address in the newsletter subscription form on the website:
The legal basis for processing the personal data of a newsletter subscriber is the subscriber's consent to receive newsletters.
When a newsletter is subscribed to using the website, only the subscriber's email address is used for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

When submitting a request to access personal data, the request must specify the categories of personal data you wish to access. When submitting a request to correct inaccurate or incorrect personal data, the request must specify which personal data you are requesting to correct. |
