Dried Schisandra chinensis berries are a nature's gift with an exceptional taste, grown on our farm and carefully dried.
Schisandra berries have long been valued for their special, intense flavor. It is not for nothing that Schisandra is called the "five-flavor fruit" – its taste combines notes of sourness, sweetness, bitterness, saltiness, and a hint of spice.
Dried berries are convenient to store and use in small quantities.
How to use?
🍵 For tea – pour hot water over a few dried berries and let steep for about 10–15 minutes.
🌿 For herbal blends – can be combined with your favorite dried herbs.
🥣 For food – crushed berries can be used as a flavor enhancer in various dishes.
🍒 As a snack – due to their intense flavor, they are usually consumed in small quantities.
