Oil with a mild sunflower taste and smell. Extremely pure, as it is pressed from shelled sunflower seeds. Cold-pressed sunflower oil is very useful. It does not contain cholesterol, is rich in phospholipids, polyunsaturated fatty acids: palmitic, stearic, arachidic, linolenic, oleic, linoleic, vitamins and minerals. Due to its good taste, it is suitable for everyday nutrition - for seasoning salads, porridges or other dishes. It is one of the few cold-pressed oils that is suitable for frying (not suitable for roasting). It is also suitable for use as a massage oil - it softens and nourishes the skin. The literature states that sunflower oil helps reduce the amount of bad cholesterol in the body, strengthens blood vessels and the heart, reduces the likelihood of developing atherosclerosis, polyarthritis, prevents the development of rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, reduces allergic reactions, helps fight cataract symptoms, gives the body energy, and effectively softens the skin.
