It has long been known that some herbs and their natural extracts have a surprising effect on our body. One such miracle of nature is burdock juice. And it's not just a fashion trend – burdock has a powerful effect on the entire metabolism, digestion, and even anti-tumor processes. It is one of those folk methods that are based not on alleviating symptoms, but on eliminating the cause – cleansing, improving metabolism, and reducing inflammation. This plant has long been valued for its anti-inflammatory and cleansing properties. Folk medicine experts claim that regular consumption of the juice "opens" the body's filters – liver, kidneys, intestines – thereby creating conditions for tumors to decrease or even disappear completely.

It is usually recommended to drink 1 teaspoon of fresh burdock juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Later, if there are no side effects, the dose can be increased to 2 teaspoons per day – morning and evening, at least half an hour before meals.

The course should not last longer than 2-3 weeks in a row. After that, a break of at least one month is taken. This helps the body adapt and avoid overload.
